Voxer is our private voice/text messaging channel where I offer weekday support. If Voxer is included in your package you’ll receive a separate form to connect and confirm your contact info. Once received, I’ll open your private thread.

Quick questions or coaching feedback
Offer direction or energetic clarity
Emotional check-ins or brand decisions
Astrology questions (with attached chart screenshot)

❗Important:

Astrology-related questions must include a chart screenshot. Either a natal chart or a transits chart. I’m unable to generate charts manually, and I can’t interpret based on memory—it’s too mentally taxing without visual data.

What’s not included in Voxer:

No solar/lunar/planetary returns or progressions
No date-based forecasting or manual planning
No review of newsletters, sequences, or program content
No participation in client programs/groups

Voxer is reserved exclusively for mastermind-related support—business, mindset, emotional clarity, and astrological guidance. I treat this space the same way I would a 1:1 session: I show up fully, with my attention and intention on supporting you at the highest level.

Because of that, I don’t receive or respond to anything outside the scope of this container inside Voxer. If you’d like to share something personal or non-mastermind-related, feel free to message me on Facebook Messenger. I can’t guarantee when—or if—I’ll be able to reply, but I’ll always receive it with love and appreciation.

📋 What Is an Audit?

An audit is a focused, high-level review of something you’re working on—whether it’s a sales page, a launch date, a piece of messaging, or a chart-based question.

It’s not a coaching session, and it’s not meant to unpack multiple layers of strategy. Instead, it’s a way for me to quickly lay eyes on something and give you a clean pulse check, so you know what’s working and where to adjust.

Think of it like handing me a spotlight—not a flashlight and a map.

✅ Audits Are Best For:

Reviewing a single offer or opt-in page
Quick feedback on a sales flow or delivery process
Looking at 1–2 transit dates (must include chart screenshots!)
Spot-checking your launch timing or astro-alignment
Feedback on a few lines of copy (not an entire sequence)
Clarity on 1–2 aspects of a project—not the whole thing

❌ Audits Are Not:

A substitute for a private coaching session
A place to brainstorm multiple directions
Ongoing feedback or mentorship
A space for full copywriting or page walkthroughs
A container to unpack emotional or mindset work (use Voxer or live calls for that)

If you’re unsure where your question belongs, use this quick check:

“Is this something Vanessa can quickly review and respond to in under 15 minutes?”

If yes → It belongs in an audit.
If no → Bring it to Voxer or your next 1:1 call.

🎯 Accountability (The Starbrands Way)

This container isn’t built on “checking up” on you—it’s built on alignment. I believe when you’re truly in tune with Source and your brand’s direction, action becomes natural. If you feel scattered, disconnected, or overwhelmed, it’s often a cue to recalibrate rather than push harder.

📞 Group Calls

Our calls are held bi-weekly on Thursdays at:

10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm UK

Each call runs ~90 minutes. Replays are added to the portal within 24 hours.
