Ok, ok, I know I called this a 10-minute focus finder…and the video is 14 minutes long, but hear me out…you can watch me at chipmunk speed (if you wish) by clicking the gear icon on the video and secondly, while the video may take you a little longer than 10 minutes to watch, it will only take you about 10 minutes to actually grab the data you need from this training, put it into the workbook and have a fully outlined plan for the year – which is a total win in my book.
Year planned out in 10 minutes…I think that has to be a record somewhere.
So how does this work?
Every New Moon and Full Moon activates a specific area of your life and business.
When you map these activations across the entire year, you suddenly understand:
- the emotional rhythm of your year
- where your energy rises or retreats
- which themes will need your attention (and when)
- where your focus, clarity, or inner work will naturally occur
- when you feel drawn inward vs outward
- why your productivity shifts from month to month
This simple mini-system shows you how to map your upcoming New & Full Moons through your natal chart, revealing the unique themes you’ll experience all year long.
You’ll learn how to:
- find your New & Full Moons
- locate them in your chart
- match them to the correct house
- match the Moon’s zodiac sign to your workbook themes
- decode the emotional + energetic meaning
- map your whole year’s Moon activations
- understand the real reason your cycles feel the way they do

Instructions
How to Map Your New & Full Moons for the Entire Year
STEP 1: Go to Astro-Seek
Use either method below:
Method 1:
Go to: www.astro-seek.com
Navigate through the top menu:
Free Horoscopes → Transit Chart Calculator → Transit New and Full Moons in Natal Chart
Method 2 (direct link):
https://horoscopes.astro-seek.com/full-moon-transits-in-natal-chart-astrology
Both take you to the same tool.
STEP 2: Enter Your Details
On the Transit New & Full Moons page:
- Enter your birth date
- Enter your birth time
- Enter your birth city
- Select the current year you want to map
- Enter your current city (location for transits)
- In the “Aspects to Natal” dropdown → choose Any Aspect
- Click Calculate Chart
Astro-Seek will generate a list of every New Moon & Full Moon for the year as they activate your natal chart.
STEP 3: Locate Each New & Full Moon in Your Chart
Astro-Seek will show you:
- the date
- the Moon phase (New or Full)
- the zodiac sign
- the degree
- the house it activates in your chart
- You can find this on the diagram, or scroll below the diagram to see a full list of all the moons including their dates, signs and aspects.

From this list:
✔ Write each lunation into your Moons of the Year wheel in the workbook (Page 3)
✔ Then add each one to the Moons Tracking Log in the workbook (Pages 4–5)
Example:
- “NM – April 8 – Aries – 19° – 9th House”
- “FM – April 23 – Scorpio – 4° – 3rd House”
You’ll map all 24 Moons for the year.
STEP 4: Match the House Activation to Your Workbook
Now turn to the Moon-in-the-Houses section in the workbook (Pages 6–10).
For each lunation:
- Find the house number (from Astro-Seek)
- Read the New Moon or Full Moon interpretation for that house
- Note the keywords and themes
This tells you the area of life being activated.
Example:
Full Moon in your 3rd House →
Themes: communication, writing, marketing, siblings, ideas, learning, message clarity.
STEP 5: Match the Zodiac Sign Activation
Next, look at the Moon’s zodiac sign for each lunation.
Use the Zodiac Themes pages in your workbook to add detail such as:
- emotional tone
- expression of the activation
- elemental influence
- the style, attitude, or “flavor” of that Moon
This gives each activation its nuance.
Example:
Full Moon in the 3rd House (communication)
- Zodiac Sign Scorpio (depth, truth, intensity)
→ “Emotional clarity around truth, communication, messaging, boundaries.”
STEP 6: Create Your Yearly Emotional & Energetic Map
This isn’t about tracking daily micro-windows.
It’s about seeing when major themes rise and fall throughout your year.
Your New Moons represent:
- beginnings
- new invitations
- seeds
- emerging themes
- emotional resets
Your Full Moons represent:
- clarity
- culmination
- illumination
- breakthroughs
- emotional release
Eclipses will operate similar to ‘New & Full Moons on Steroids’, especially if they’re landing on important parts of your chart (your natal planets or angles).
These tend to last longer in influence, as they operate like portals of influence into that area of your life or business.
By mapping all 24 Moons for the year, you can clearly see:
- when each area of life “turns on”
- when emotional cycles shift
- when you’ll feel drawn inward/outward
- when certain themes resurface
- how your year is paced and patterned
- why certain months feel different
This becomes your emotional + energetic blueprint for the entire year.
