Cancellation and Refund Policies
Payments – All Payments Received are to be in USD (United States Dollars)
All payments for Moonsight Planning Lab, Moonsight Digital Calendar DUO, Cosmic Planning Extravaganza and Moonsight 4x Digital Planning PDF Bundle, Cycles For CEOs Events, Moonsight AstroClock, and Moonsight Launch – Template Upgrade are in USD and are non-refundable with the exception of valid 7-day Guarantee requests, and 30-day Guarantee requests, as per below.
The 7-Day Guarantee applies to any version of Cosmic Planning Extravaganza, and Moonsight 4x Digital Planning PDF Bundle in USD. To claim the 7-day Guarantee, purchasers must email support@vanessacorazon.com within the first 7 days after initial purchase.
The 30 Day Guarantee applies to any version of Moonsight Digital Calendar DUO for Google Cal. To claim the 30-day Guarantee, purchasers must email support@vanessacorazon.com within the first 30 days after initial purchase.
All payments for Moonsight Planning Lab, Cycles for CEOs Events, Moonsight AstroClock, or the Moonsight Launch Template Upgrade are in USD and are non-refundable with the exception of a valid request, as per below.
If you’re canceling because you’re dealing with a serious illness/medical crisis, we can cancel your subscription/payment, gift/transfer your subscription to someone else, switch you into another enrolment period that’s happening later, or figure out some other arrangement that works for you.
However, if you’re canceling for any other reason (“I changed my mind,” “I’m too busy to use/access the information” “I thought it was something else,” “The videos are too long,”, “I don’t have time to attend the calls’)… you will not receive a refund. This is a firm policy. Please purchase mindfully and honor the commitment you’ve made.
Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from date of initial purchase, for any reason.
Invoices for any of Coral Moon Media Ltd. programs or templates are automatically generated and can be requested at any time by emailing support@vanessacorazon.com.
Changes To the Terms Of Use
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
Jurisdiction
This agreement between you, the user, and Coral Moon Media Ltd., shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of British Columbia in any proceeding related to this agreement.
